This Refund Policy explains when and how OurVaya (operated by Billimen Inc.) issues refunds for subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Subscription Cancellations
OurVaya subscriptions (Aspirer, Operator, and Builder) are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no advance notice is required and there are no cancellation fees.
When you cancel, your paid access remains active through the end of the current billing period. At that point, your account reverts to the Free tier automatically. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Cancellation does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period. See below for refund eligibility.
Refund Eligibility
General rule: Subscription charges are non-refundable. Because access to the full platform is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not issue prorated or partial-period refunds once a billing cycle has begun.
7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers: If you are a first-time subscriber and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your initial payment within 7 calendar days of your first subscription purchase, provided that both of the following conditions are met at the time of your request: (1) you have not earned any credentials on the platform, and (2) you have completed fewer than 3 decision games.
Refund requests that meet these criteria will be honored without dispute. Requests submitted after 7 days, or where either condition is not met, fall under the general no-refund rule and will be evaluated at our discretion.
Renewals (second month and beyond) are not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
One-Time Purchases
Playbook bundle purchases ($9 per vertical) are non-refundable once the content has been accessed. Because these are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, access constitutes acceptance of this no-refund condition.
If you believe you were charged for a playbook bundle in error and have not yet accessed the content, contact us promptly and we will review your request.
Institutional Billing
Organizations purchasing institutional seat licenses are subject to terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Refund and cancellation requests for institutional accounts are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge from OurVaya is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly, and a direct resolution is faster for you than the chargeback process.
Contact us at founder@partnastudio.com with your account email and a description of the charge. We will respond within 2 business days. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of platform access while the dispute is under review.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund: Email founder@partnastudio.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]". Include your account email address, the date of purchase, and a brief description of your reason. We will confirm eligibility and, if approved, process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
