How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on OurVaya infringes your copyright, send a written notification containing all of the following:
(1) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
(2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
(3) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
(4) Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
(5) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
(6) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Content on OurVaya
OurVaya hosts entrepreneur profile content, playbook resources, and game content. Playbook resources are either linked to external sources (we do not host the content) or are original works created by Billimen Inc. Entrepreneur profiles are original research works. If you believe any content is infringing, please send a detailed notice as described above and we will investigate promptly.
We link to government publications, academic resources, and third-party tools. These resources are publicly available. If a resource owner believes a link constitutes infringement, please contact us and we will review.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice containing: (1) your physical or electronic signature, (2) identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal, (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and (4) your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Billimen Inc. will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
