This AI Policy explains how Billimen Inc. uses artificial intelligence tools in developing and operating OurVaya, and what that means for you as a user.
How We Use AI in Development
OurVaya was built with assistance from AI coding tools, including Anthropic's Claude. These tools are used by our engineering team to write, review, and refactor code. All AI-assisted code is reviewed by a human engineer before deployment.
Entrepreneur profiles: The historical research published on OurVaya profiles is conducted by our research team using primary and secondary sources. AI tools may be used to assist with drafting, structure, or cross-referencing, but all factual claims are verified against cited sources before publication.
Game content: Decision game scenarios, quiz questions, and narrative content are developed by our team. AI tools may assist with phrasing or formatting. All content is reviewed for accuracy and tone before publication.
We do not use AI to generate images of real people or to fabricate historical events.
AI in Platform Operation
OurVaya does not use automated decision-making (as defined under GDPR Art. 22) to produce legal or significant effects on users. Subscription tier access is rule-based and determined by your Stripe subscription status, not by AI assessment.
The Acumen Score displayed in your profile is a calculated metric based on your activity (games completed, credentials earned, reading consistency). It is not generated by a predictive AI model.
AI and User Data
We do not use your personal data or learning activity as training data for AI models. Your usage data is used solely for platform operation — delivering your experience, calculating your progress, and (with consent) analytics.
We do not sell or license user data to AI companies.
Third-Party AI Services
We use Anthropic's Claude API (via Claude Code) as a development tool. Anthropic's data handling is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. User data from OurVaya is not sent to Anthropic as part of platform operation.
Transparency Commitment
We are committed to being transparent about our use of AI. If our use of AI in content creation changes materially, we will update this policy and notify users. If you have questions about whether specific content was AI-assisted, email founder@partnastudio.com.
